Ultimate responsibility for compliance with applicable laws, ordinances, and building codes rests solely with the Customer. The Customer is required to obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and inspections from relevant governmental authorities.

The Company is not a licensed engineering or architectural firm and does not provide professional engineering services. Any outputs are for informational purposes only and must be reviewed by qualified, licensed professionals as required by law.

The Company expressly disclaims any responsibility for the structural adequacy, safety, legality, or code compliance of any construction project utilizing its data. All outputs are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the use of the Company's outputs.

The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims arising out of the Customer's use of the Company's services or failure to comply with applicable law.

The Company does not exercise control over construction practices, on-site execution, assembly, or shipping activities. All risks associated with transportation, handling, and installation are borne exclusively by the Customer.

The Customer agrees to use the Company's AI-generated data lawfully and responsibly. The Customer shall exercise independent judgment and professional oversight in reviewing and applying any outputs. Human verification by qualified professionals is essential.

By utilizing the Company's services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
